| 启发探究式教学以学员为主体、教员为主导,通过教员的启发和引导,促进学员主动思考、探索学习。在装备指挥类课程中应用启发探究式教学模式,具有高度的必要性和实用性。研究发现,通过差异化分组、弹性任务设计、动态风险防控等措施,不仅能有效提升学员的装备指挥能力,还能培养学员的批判性思维、创新思维和合作精神。启发探究式教学在装备指挥类课程中的深度应用,将为军事人才培养提供更高效、更贴近实战的解决方案。 |
| Abstract: |
| Heuristic inquiry-based teaching model is a student-oriented model in which students play the dominant role and the teachers act as directors. Through the enlightenment and guidance of teachers,students’ability of active thinking and exploratory learning can be highly promoted. The application of the heuristic inquiry-based teaching model in equipment command courses has its high necessity and practicality. Through measures such as differentiated grouping,flexible task design,and dynamic risk prevention and control,the teaching model can not only efficiently improve students’equipment command abilities,but also enhance students’critical thinking,innovative thinking,and teamwork spirit. The extensive application of the heuristic inquiry-based teaching model in equipment command courses will provide more effective and combat-oriented solutions for further cultivation of military talents. |
