| The improvement of scientific and technological literacy is a key process to promote the modernization of military personnel，and science education plays an important role on the formation of scientific and technological literacy. This paper starts from the connotation of scientific and technological literacy and analyzes its composition and formation process scientific and technological literacy，and discusses the requirements of modern warfare for scientific and Further，the function of science education in the improvement of scientific and technical literacy of cadets is elaborated，and the practice of science education in the formation of cadets’scientific and technical literacy is summarized. |
