| 大数据在深刻改变人们生产生活方式的同时，也使军队进入了一个高速变革时期，并逐渐成为军队各项工作的一个重要发展趋势。针对军官群体的数据素养，提出了所需要把握的原则，并探究性地从培养体系、保障机制层面入手提出了若干具体对策。军官作为军队的中坚力量，必须具备与大数据时代要求相适应的数据素养，这样才能够充分利用大数据助力各项工作提质增效，不断推进新时代军队信息化建设。 |
| Abstract: |
| While big data has profoundly changed people’s production and life style，it has also brought the military into a period of rapid change，and has gradually become an important development trend of all military work. This paper puts forward the principles to be grasped in order to improve the data literacy of officers，and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in terms of training system and guarantee mechanism. As the backbone of the armed forces，officers must have data literacy required by the big data era so that they can make full use of big data to help improve the quality and efficiency of various work and continuously promote the information construction of the military in the new era. |
