| Abstract: |
| As one of the important links in the strategic management chain，strategic planning covers a wide range of topics，including not only military force construction and development，but also major complex strategic issues such as the use of force，and its research activities require the support of pre-practice personnel. Therefore，studying the training model of foreign strategic planning pre-practice personnel in the field of military defense and its connotation can provide reference and support for training strategic planning pre-practice personnel and carrying out strategic planning pre-practice in China. |
