| 针对我国卫星导航高素质新型军事人才培养需求和存在的问题，基于北斗教学科研，从培养模式、研究课题选择、课题研究条件建设与保障等方面探索高素质新型军事人才培养体系构建和实践教学方法，总结北斗高素质新型军事人才培养的实践教学成效，为我军研究型大学新型军事人才培养能力建设提供实践参考。 |
| Abstract: |
| Aiming at the need of and the existing problems in cultivating new-type high-quality military talents in satellite navigation fields，the talent cultivation system construction and practical teaching method were proposed based on Beidou practice. Training mode，selection of research topics，construction and guarantee of research conditions were analyzed，and the practical teaching effect of Beidou high-quality personnel cultivation were demonstrated and summarized，providing a practical reference for training ability construction in Chinese military research universities. |
