| 本文结合国防科学技术大学控制科学与工程系列课程教学团队的探索和实践，分析了教育质量的影响要素，初步总结并提炼了教学质量管理的“五要素法”，即从教师、学生、教学资源、教学模式和环境等五个方面来加强教学质量管理。依据五个要素的动态联系，我们进一步应用“七个促进”推进教学改革的工作思路来指导教学实践。 |
| Abstract: |
| Based on the practical exploration of control science and engineering series course teaching team in NUDT，we analyze the elements of influencing teaching quality，and propose new ideas about teaching quality management，“five - element method”which suggests to improve teaching quality from five aspects including teacher，learner，teaching resource，teaching mode and environment. Following the dynamical link of the aforementioned elements，we further apply“seven -promotion”to guide teaching reformation and teaching practice. |
