| Abstract: |
| This paper summarizes the 30 years’ development of Naval University of Engineering’s degree and graduate education.It puts forward several principles that we should abide by in order to meet the needs of the navy.Firstly,what we provide should conform to the needs of naval construction,and focus on academic subject’s development.Secondly,we should keep on following the law of cultivating talents,and optimize the system of talent training.Lastly,we should keep on enhancing the responsibility of nurturing talented persons,and make great efforts to improve the quality of management of graduate education. |
