| Research is the essential ability of the cadres.In teaching the course of theories and methods in research,by exploring and employing the methods such as diagnosis,experience of practice,case analysis,combination of teaching and practice,and comparison and analysis,during the whole interaction,expected result is obtained accepted and welcomed by the students. |
