| Strong joint consciousness is an important cultivation objective of the would-be junior commanding officers.This paper analyses the content of joint consciousness.According to the content of joint consciousness,the paper builds the cultivation system of the would-be junior commanding officer.It consists of cultivation objective,cultivation measures,the relationship of the measures and cultivation environment.Finally,this paper gives some advice of application. |
